We moved into our new school building in January 2009.  The school is bright and spacious, with state-of-the-art facilities that include:

• light, attractive classrooms with a teacher's computer, a data projector, integrated storage in all rooms, and an interactive whiteboard in 40of the rooms
• a number of classrooms with additional computers and 9 fully-equipped computing suites in Computing, Business Education, and Technical
• customised rooms in Science, Technical, Home Economics and Art & Design
• a bright and attractive library that overlooks the main courtyard and has a computer area, a classroom area, and a reading area
• a large dining/social area and assembly hall
• a fully-equipped large stage; a drama studio; and a recording studio
• PE facilities that include a gymnasium, games hall, dance/fitness studio, swimming pool, and all-weather pitch - 2 grass pitches under construction
• a locker for each pupil and each member of staff
• an outdoor education area close to the art and biology classrooms
• two external courtyards with covered areas, planted beds and picnic seating; a contemplation garden, and an environmental garden
• environmentally-friendly features such as rain-water harvesting, low energy lighting, and natural-stack ventilation.
