ART CLUB/COMPETITIONS
Organised by the Art Department.
BASKETBALL CLUB
Open to everyone - Wednesday after school.
SCHOOL MUSICAL PRODUCTION
Annual event which invokes a whole school effort organised through the Music Department.
SCHOOL CHOIRS
Will be organised throughout the session by the Music Department.
LUNCH-TIME STUDY
A number of subject departments also offer additional tuition on a voluntary basis at lunchtimes - dates to be agreed with departments - these include mathematics, physics, chemistry, computing studies, business studies and history.

Open to everyone - Wednesday lunchtime.
COUNTRY DANCE CLUB
Open to everyone - Tuesday lunchtime.
INTER HOUSE ACTIVITIES
Including football, table-tennis, basketball,
badminton, games, quizzes, etc.
TRIPS/EXCURSIONS
The Art Department organised a number of trips to Art College Open Days and to the Kirkcaldy Museum and Art Gallery, the National Gallery in Edinburgh and the Kelvingrove Art Gallery Glasgow.
Geography Field Trips
Organised by the Geography Department to enhance pupil skills and awareness.
Science Department
Arranges a number of visits/study trips to University Open Days, Power Stations and other venues.
Technical Department
Organises visits for candidates in technological studies to make special in-depth studies in local industry.
English Department
Organises visits to Theatres and to incoming visits from Theatre groups.
Social Education Programme
Includes visiting speakers on contemporary subjects like health education and visiting groups on themes like relationship, drinking and driving, etc.
Home Economics Department
Visits the Royal Highland Show Food Exhibition and visiting speakers are also frequently invited to the school.
