In Grangemouth High School we have a dedicated team of staff who have whole school responsibility for Developing the Young Workforce. Each member of the team has a specific area of responisbility but work together to deliver on the following:

• Support for ALL pupils movig through and beyond school to positive and sustained destinations
• Partenrship work with relevant agencies to support any pupil requiring a higher level of support to make a positive and sustained transition
• Developing local, national and international links to put in place work place learning opportunites both in the curriculum and through targeted interactions
• Planning and implementation of the Career Education Standard
