Pupils in S6 who have demonstrated high levels of performance and have shown an interest in developing their leadership skills further, have the opportunity of working towards the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland Music Leaders award. This is a SCQF level 6 award. Pupils can develop their leadership skills through supporting and leading rehearsals within the department (choir, band, musical theatre) and also supporting and leading lessons within the cluster primary music classes.
