The RMPS department delivers the Youth Philanthropy Initiative (YPI), which empowers pupils to research and advocate for local charities, developing pupil leadership skills. Building on this, we want to expand wider achievement opportunities across the faculty to ensure pupils gain recognition for skills beyond the classroom, supporting personal growth, employability, and community engagement.

We have also established a longstanding partnership with Forth Ports, where pupils are invited into to Port to explore work and ‘earn while you learn’ opportunities that the Port offers.
