Reporting

The link to our Progress Reporting system is: my.didbook.com. We will contact parents each time reports are updated.

  • S1 will be reported on in November 2025, February and May 2026.

  • S2 will be reported on in September 2025, January and May 2026.  

  • S3 will be reported on in November 2025, February and April 2026.

  • S4 will be reported on in September, December 2025 and March 2026.

  • S5 will be reported on in October, December 2025 and March 2026.

  • S6 will be reported on in October, December 2025 and March 2026.

Any parent or carer wishing more regular feed-back on the progress of their young person should contact the appropriate PT Pupil Support in the first instance.

Progress Instructions for Parent/Carers

Logging In:

  • The link on the welcone email will only allow you to log in once, you should be prompted to set a password when you first log in.
  • Future logins should be through Progress Reporting
  • Enter your email and password.

Viewing the Report

  • If you have more than one young person at the school, you should see them all listed.
  • Choose the young person you wish to view.
  • You will need to choose the correct framework at the top of the page
    • BGE (Broad General Education) is S1-S3
    • Senior Phase is S4-S6
  • Scrolling down the page you should see a Respect, Responsibility and Achievement judgement for each subject.
  • The achievement judgement will also contain the level the young person is working at.
  • Clicking on the circle icon will allow you to see the details of all previous reports.  For example, clicking on the cirle beside Achievement will display all previous Achievement ratings and comments.
