Support for Learning

What is Support for Learning?

In support for learning we help pupils to overcome barriers to learning through small group teaching, individual work, or in class support.

This might be a specific aspect of learning such as reading or spelling but may also focused on a specific learning difference such as dyslexia, dyscalculia, globally poor, visual impairments, English as an additional language and more.

Some pupils may work with the support for learning team for the duration of their time at school or they may complete a specific piece of work over a short or fixed time period.
